Ten Year Anniversary And Cowboy Christmas

We had a great celebration at Millersview Baptist Church this past Sunday evening. Ten years of service and ten years of Cowboy Christmas. Broken Glass was our first Gift offered up to glorify God. Sidonna and Shelli started us off. They are so good to come and make a 90 mile round trip to help us to celebrate and deliver a Christmas message in song. Thank you so much.

Part of our youth read the Christmas Story. Thank you so much for your contribution young people.

T.J. , Jackie and Larry. Thank you for coming and sharing your music. We missed Danny who passed on this year and is now playing for the Lord in person. T.J. and her Doghouse Band have been a part of our Cowboy Christmas since the beginning. Thank you so much.

Sammy was able to come again this year. Sammy has such a smooth voice and he plays a 12 string guitar so that it sounds as though a lot more people are playing. Sammy traveled much further this year than last, but he wanted to be there with us and we wanted him to be a part of what we do. Thank you Sammy.

Our song leader. Thanks Donna for leading our Christmas hymns.

A new group this year. Zeke Ramirez. and his group. I met Zeke this past spring on a Kairos Prison Ministry. They were happy to come and play. Thanks Zeke for making our Celebration special.

Our ever dependable Mike. Mike did a great job of helping the church buy a Boise sound system this past year. He was also responsible for helping for getting everyone hooked up to play. Mike has a talent of playing and singing as well. We here at Millersview are so blessed to have Mike and his wife Mary Kay as part of our church body. Thanks Mike and Mary Kay for all you do.

Our closing hymn for the night. Silent Night along with lighted candles made our closing song special. Thanks to everyone who participated and made this celebration special. We are already looking forward to next year day by day to celebrate the Birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I guess it would not be a true Baptist Service without a food feast. Thank You Lord for supplying the food for our table. In Jesus Name Amen.
Have a blessed Day.
